Description:
This course addresses the training and assessment of personnel who are required to work within the Wellsite Work Permit System an dhow to fill out a Rev 2 permit.

Content:

  •     Identify and monitor permit conditions
  •     Monitor work permit systems
  •     Identify and action non-compliance
  •     Confirm compliance with permit

Unit of Competency

MSAPMPER200C Work in accordance with an issued permit

Pre-entry Requirements:

  • Writing is required to the level of completing workplace forms and producing reports.
  • Numeracy is required to the level of being able to correctly differentiate between high and low pressures and temperatures, voltages or masses.

Assessment:
Assessment process will require students to complete a theory assessment and practical activities involving the completion of permits.

Delivery Method:
Classroom theory via PowerPoint or the issued learner resource including use of audio-visual material and practical activities and selected permits.
