This nationally accredited course is designed for students to competently perform the DRSABCD action plan and initiate CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation), employing the most recently introduced Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. Course includes the use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

This accredited course is designed for students to acquire competency in performing Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). The knowledge and skills will enable you to sustain life and minimise the consequences until professional help arrives.

Assessment:
Students learning outcomes will be assessed using direct observation, oral and written questions, and practical exercises demonstrating correct CPR techniques using a resuscitation manikin.
Delivery Method:
Delivery of training is done face to face and may be conducted on a customers site or in a Protector Alsafe Training centre.
